This shoot is one of my absolute favorite collaborations! I loved working with some of Seattle’s top wedding vendors to create this romantic, summery look. As a photographer, I see so many different weddings, and there is something to be said about investing in quality vendors on your wedding day. I have such an appreciation for all these strong female entrepreneurs, who have honed their skills and are passionate about what they do. It’s hard not to brag on them!
We started shooting in Capitol Hill, and then ventured out towards the Puget Sound for the last portion of our styled session.  Hero Wooching, our model, and up and coming musician based out of Boston, is always a pleasure to work with. Plus her connection with the camera is kind of amazing! The girl has soul! Angalina Sandoval added many sweet touches, like the partial floral hair piece, and kept the styling pretty and natural. Not only is she a brilliant MUAH, but she is a total gem. In addition, our floral designer Malina Lopez constructed the perfect wedding bouquet with soft colors and cascading green hops. Malina is an experienced prop and food stylist in Seattle. Also if you’re curious about the gorgeous engagement ring, it is a natural Alexandrite gem in 18k white gold with full cut diamonds, that changes in color in candle light.
