Urban Seattle Style Session

What’s so great about waking up early in the morning? Let me tell you! (Or show you. Even better!) Golden light and empty city streets!

I’m feeling extra grateful today as I sit here in a sun break on a wet Spring day, reliving this brilliant, styled collaboration shoot. Seattle has an amazing group of wedding professionals, and I get giddy thinking about all the options for my brides and grooms. For this shoot, I had the pleasure of collaborating with a fabulous team of local wedding vendors to create an epic, inspirational urban look. Plus it was so fun to work with my beautiful model, Courtney Gano!

And because you’re probably wondering, the dress is the “Goodwin” by Sarah Seven, one of the favorites at The Dress Theory Seattle. And the yummy fringe earrings (which are definitely on my wish list!!!) are by Dutch + Bow and can be found in the cutest little boutique in Ballard, Anders Shop.

The epic flower bouquet was made by the talented Carlee of Rusted Vase, who just opened a new shop in the U District.

We also shot in studio with creative set designer, Malina Lopez , who has magic in her touch.
